Overview

Goals of care discussions allow patient values to be at the forefront of planning care. These conversations evolve over time from admission to discharge or death, not in isolation, and require all health professionals to communicate patient values effectively.

This webinar provides opportunity for health professionals in WA to explore how the practical application of an evidence-based framework can support effective GOC conversations with patients and important others, as well as within and between health care teams.
